Top 5 motorcycle
helmets according to Bikes

5.Caberg Helmets- Altough they are not weared by Moto GP racers which claims to be the top sport motorcycling event, the helmets still remain comfortable and safe as the others and maybe providing more extra comfort for you like no-Fog lens and a secondary visor if the sun is really shining in your eyes, which is very good

4.Arai helmets - Very good moto gp class helmets. Nicky Haiden uses Arai

What is a damper ?

A damper is a device that deadens, restrains, or depresses.

Dampers may refer to:
a type of hydraulic or mechanical damper,

Shock absorber (British or technical use: damper), a mechanical device designed to dissipate kinetic energy.

So unformally said, the damper is a device that is used to kill all the vibrations and improve the handling on a motorbike. There are several ways of mounting it on the bike. Though many if not every bike nowadays comes with a damper, they are not as useful as aftermarket ones. I'll give you two examples of aftermarket dampers. The first is proven since the 80s and is called Ohlinsand are sold on Kawasaki bikes as stock dampers. At least for the ZX-10R models and are really effective.
Other famous brand for stabilizers is GPR. They "kill" the vibrations the same hidraulic way, altough they are slightly different shape.
It is a good investment especially if you had encounters of disbalancing your bike and result of a high-side crash.
